用于在鋁型材槽內(nèi)滾齒穿條,隔熱型材坯料開齒帶穿條,開齒機是提高隔熱條和鋁合金型材剪切的關鍵設備。通過高速運轉(zhuǎn)開齒刀將鋁合金型材嵌隔熱條的槽口部位進行開齒,使鋁型材大大提高剪切力。開齒刀(即開齒滾輪)上下調(diào)節(jié)(0-250mm),左右調(diào)節(jié)(6-125mm)。
Used for rolling teeth and threading strips in aluminum profile grooves, cutting teeth and threading strips on insulation profile blanks, the cutting machine is a key equipment for improving the cutting of insulation strips and aluminum alloy profiles. By high-speed operation of the toothed cutter, the slot of the aluminum alloy profile embedded in the insulation strip is toothed, greatly increasing the shear force of the aluminum profile. The toothed cutter (i.e. toothed roller) can be adjusted up and down (0-250mm), and left and right (6-125mm).

4、生產(chǎn)工藝流程

(1)開齒:將型材上要插入熱條的槽口部分開齒打毛,以增加隔熱條與型材槽口復合時的咬合效果,這道路工序是高復合型材抗剪切力的關鍵,通過使用硬質(zhì)打磨輪,在專用設備上將槽口部分開齒打毛。
(1) Teeth opening: The part of the groove on the profile where the hot strip is to be inserted is toothed and roughened to increase the interlocking effect between the insulation strip and the groove of the profile. This process is the key to the high shear resistance of the composite profile. By using a hard grinding wheel and specialized equipment, the toothed part of the groove is roughened.
(2)穿條:將隔熱條穿入需要復合的內(nèi)外兩根鋁型材的相應槽口內(nèi),利用穿條設備,確保隔熱條準確地插入兩根鋁型材的已開齒的槽口內(nèi),為下一工序進行滾壓,提供準確位置,并大大提高生產(chǎn)率。
(2) Strip threading: Thread the insulation strip into the corresponding slots of the inner and outer aluminum profiles that need to be composite. Use strip threading equipment to ensure that the insulation strip is accurately inserted into the already toothed slots of the two aluminum profiles, providing accurate positioning for rolling in the next process and greatly improving productivity.
5,本機打牙刀下面的兩組滾動輪可以各自實現(xiàn)上下左右的任意調(diào)節(jié),在異形型材打牙時方便調(diào)整,有利于均勻打牙,這也是區(qū)別于普通開齒穿條一體機的地方。
