3、檢查潤滑部位：對(duì)于設(shè)備運(yùn)行中具有相對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)的定動(dòng)接觸面，如機(jī)床導(dǎo)軌表面、各處軸承與軸等處需要潤滑的部位，應(yīng)根據(jù)運(yùn)動(dòng)特性等方面的因素，加注潤滑油或潤滑脂進(jìn)行潤滑。具體設(shè)備機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)不同，其潤滑部位及潤滑方式也不相同，需視具體設(shè)備而定。開齒穿條機(jī)在門窗設(shè)備中大量使用的氣源處理三聯(lián)體，每次開機(jī)之前都要檢查其油霧器油杯內(nèi)的油面高度，并使之保持準(zhǔn)確的油面高度。

3.
